Have you ever wanted to send a quick note to someone but a card was too expensive and an email too informal? I find that happens to me often. While I love walking down the card aisle in Target I just can’t seem to justify spending the $4.99 for something I know will be thrown away. At the same time, there have been several occasions where I wanted to let someone know I was thinking about them but an email, text, or FB message seemed a little too informal.

When Paperless Post reached out with a partnership opportunity the timing was perfect. We just moved and there were some people I wanted to send quick notes too. Also with Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up I decided to also give their holiday collections a try.

I was really impressed with the selection they offer. There are options for every occasion including holidays, birthdays, weddings, parties, greetings, thank yous, and professional. It is really a one stop shop to check off all those cards on your to-do list.

HOW IT WORKS

After creating an account you purchase “coins” that are used to choose and customize the perfect card. Most cards start at 2 coins a piece and go up depending on the customization options you choose.

Once coins are purchased you can choose your card, customize it just the way you want, and write a personal message. The Paperless Post platform walks you through each of these steps and is very easy to navigate. My first card took about 5 minutes from start to finish.

When your card is just the way you want you choose your recipient(s) and send immediately or schedule it to be delivered at a later date. Afterwards you can go into your dashboard to see the status of each card sent. You can also track RSVPs, how many coins you have remaining, and update your address book.

For those that prefer, Paperless Post also have an app allowing you to create the same customized cards right from your mobile phone. Your account is linked so you can also check on the status of cards you have sent.

WHY I RECOMMEND PAPERLESS POST

After sending a few cards of my own I hands down would recommend Paperless Post. I love that I am saving money and reducing waste but can still send personal notes to friends, family, and customers. Paperless Post has created a platform that anyone can use for practically any occasion or need. There is no membership, you simply pay for what you need, when you need it. The dashboard lets you track every aspect of sending a card and allows you to see RSVP information in real time.
